This recipe is about using cauliflower as one of the ingredients of your dough and by using it you are cutting down 30% of calorie intake.

Pizza with Cauliflower Dough

 For preparation of the Pizza with Cauliflower Dough, you would need a cauliflower head which has to be cooked in water, this has to be drained out of moisture. After this add 2 beaten eggs and mozzarella cheese in shredded form. Mix them well and spread it on a parchment paper. Once this is done you can make the tomato sauce to cover the dough, for this you need to heat some oil and put garlic and oregano. Stir it continuously, so that it doesn’t get burnt. After this, add ketchup, tomato paste and some water stir it and cook for 5 minutes. Once done, do keep your toppings ready and once done put the dough in oven for baking around 15 minutes. After this, spread the sauce and add cheese, over it add the topping and microwave it for another 5 minutes. Take it out and serve hot.
